Abstract Guidelines
Abstracts should be submitted in English and
must fit inside the Abstract Form attached
using 10 point Courier or Times Roman fonts.
For multiple abstracts, the original form
could be photocopied.
Abstracts should be concise mentioning the
relevant Abstract Title, name of the
presenter, presenter’s affiliations and
address, materials & methods used,
statistical data with related results &
conclusion. Please state whether you request
an oral or poster presentation.
The time allocated for each oral abstract
presentation is 8 minutes + 2 minutes for
discussion.
We encourage abstract submission by email as
an email attached document. Please e-mail
your abstract to: emergencyconference@yahoo.com
and write “Abstract” in
the subject of your e-mail.

Congress website: http://www.hmc.org.qa/edc
The deadline for Abstract submission is
January 15th 2008.
