Our philosophy is to enable you to learn what you need to be successful in your job. To support this we have plans to create a centralized Training and Development Center for employees. So although you'll have a wealth of tools and techniques at your disposal, it'll be up to you to make use of them. Our culture of 'self-directed learning' allows you to decide how your development should progress, and which methods you use.
To help you get the most out of our 'blended' approach to learning support, there'll be regular performance evaluations that will help you identify which training and development activities support you in your job.
