Resuscitation Program


Resuscitation Program

The resuscitation program is affiliated with the European Resuscitation Council (UK). It is the first accredited chapter outside of Europe. It delivers programs for the medical professional.

Advanced Life Support (ALS)

This two and a half day course covers all aspects of assessment and management of a patient in cardiopulmonary arrest. Practical emphasis is on the recognition of lethal rhythms and the use of medications and defibrillators as appropriate.

Advanced Pediatric Life Support ( APLS)

This two and a half day course will focus on the resuscitation of children. Covering all of the lectures and skill stations as the adult version. The Pediatric ALS course highlights how to adapt all treatment and management for pediatric patients.

Immediate Life Support ( ILS)

A one day course which teaches proper resuscitation according to the European Resuscitation Council guidelines and is the most important skill for the practicing clinician. It is an internationally recognized ILS course. The course will be run by experienced ACLS Instructors certified from European and UK Resuscitation Councils. It consists of lectures and practical stations, including Airway Management, Endo Tracheal Intubation, LMA, Cambo Tube, Defibrillation, Cardiac Arrest Simulation, Automatic Defibrillators and Arrhythmia.
