MANAGING DIRECTOR'S SPEECH
I am pleased to introduce Hamad International Training Center (HITC), a new
addition to Hamad Medical Corporation's scientific and academic activities.
Hamad International Training Center started with a vision of improving the
overall health care through providing quality training in trauma management,
disaster management and resuscitation besides public training and awareness
programs.
HITC gained the support and recognition of Hamad Medical
Corporation leadership and received the ultimate honor by the recognition of
its efforts when His Highness, The Heir Apparent bestowed upon the center his support.

U.K Resuscitation Council
European Resuscitation council
Advanced Life Support Group (UK)
American Academy of Family Physicians
Hamad International Training Center prides itself by being the first of its
kind in the Middle East. Over the last years thousands of health professionals
from Hamad Medical Corporation, Ministry of Public Health and private health
sector were trained and internationally certified in trauma and resuscitation.
Thousands of public men and women and most of HMC staff were also trained and
certified in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation/First Aid. Besides HITC produced a
big group of full internationally trained and certified top instructors and
program directors.
We are looking forward to see HITC taking its full role in spreading its noble
mission in the region and the whole Middle East.

ABOUT US
The Hamad International Training Center – Hamad Medical
Corporation provides opportunities for Physicians, Nurses, and Paramedics to
continue their professional and personal development and learning whilst
improving their competence and skills in order to provide high standards of
patient care, using the latest knowledge, theories and technology. It also
provides opportunities for Institutions and members of the public to
participate in courses and events which will raise public awareness.
The Hamad International Training Center (HITC) encompasses basic
and advanced levels of professional medical, as well as public training. It’s
