Health Media Relations at HMC

Possibly the smallest department at HMC, Health Media which has only 6 staff, is the department in charge of Media Relations at Hamad Medical Corporation. For setting up interviews or to publish any news, please contact our staff.

We organise health campaigns on a national level. If you have ideas for any health related campaigns that needs to be carried out, kindly contact our office at 393304/.

The department of Health Media brings out a monthly in-house magazine, called "Health". This bi-lingual magazine is distributed to all staff at HMC, the Ministry of Public Health, the Primary Health Care Centers, to the media and various government offices. For your copy, please come to our office, located near the Library at Women's Hospital.

Health Media Department is also responsible for updating the webpages. To update your home page, kindly bring the text to us in a floppy disk( make sure they are virus-free please!), or send it via the Corporation's intranet e-mail. For graphic work, contact Public Relations. Health Information Systems will provide the technical help, if you require so.
