Full documents for the above mentioned tender can be obtained from the Tender Committee Secretariat, during working hours between 7.00- 11.30 A.M. effective 03/03/2003.

Tender should be accompanied with a Tender bond issued by a bank accredited in Qatar and acceptable to HMC. Such bond should be valid for 120 days from the opening date of the tender. The successful Tenders should submit a performance bond of 10% of the contract value, which should be valid for 90 days after the end of contract.

Offers should be valid for 90 days commencing from the opening date and HMC has the right to increase or decrease the items or works by 20% of the contract value according to its conditions and prices

All forms attached with Tender documents should be filled including the Tender form signed as required and returned back along with all Tender documents.

The closing time will be at 11.30 a.m. On the closing date, as stated above and any offer delivered thereafter will not be considered.

This Tender should be deposited in the tender box situated at Tender committee Secretariat and should be in a sealed envelope addressed to the Chairman of Tender Committee and should bear the No. and subject of Tender.

Any Tender will be rejected if the Tenderer did not submit the requested physical samples. Tender documents should include samples submission receipt.
