HMC is committed to following the Patient and Family Bill of Rights and Responsibilities. To help you better understand your rights and responsibilities, you will be provided with a copy of the Patient and Family Bill of Rights and Responsibilities upon registration and/or admission to HMC. You may also view The Patient and Family Bill of Rights and Responsibilities on each of the patient care units. If at anytime, you feel your rights have been violated, please ask to speak immediately to either the In-Charge of the unit or a Patient Relations Coordinator.
