It is my pleasure to announce on behalf of the Arab Blood Transfusion Committee and the Conference Organizing Committee that the Pan Arab Blood Transfusion Conference (7th Arabian & 4th GCC) will convene in Doha –Qatar during the period from 16th to 19th of February 2009.
It is worthwhile to mention that this is the first time that Doha is honored by hosting this conference and we are committed to making it a real success. A group of very distinguished eminent speakers are invited to participate in this spectacular event providing a unique opportunity for scientists and specialists in the field of blood transfusion from the Arab world to meet with the experts from all over the world where they will discuss topical issues of global and regional interest and review the latest cutting edge technical and scientific developments in transfusion sciences and explore new horizons for further creative future developments that will help improve performance in the field of blood transfusion with special emphasis on optimizing the organization of modern blood transfusion services, assuring the quality of blood products and the implementing optimal strategies for ensuring the safety of transfusion of blood and blood products.
